    Hey there,

I would recommend you get your hands on a decent guide book. Most travel publishers do at least a basic one. If you understand Spanish, I have found that by far the best guide book is El Camino de Sandiago a Pie by Paco Nadal (ISBN:978-84-03-50728-9).

If not, Cicerone Press do Way of Saint James - Spain by Alison Raju (ISBN:978-18-52-84372-4). While I haven't actually used this partiular guide book, Cicerone are a specialised travel publisher whose guides I've used many times for other treks and they have all been excellent.

    I hope this helps you.

N.B. I'm assuming you are travelling on foot.

itinerary from Ponferrada to Santiago.- where I can find it ?

Consumer.es ; gronze.com and/or godesalco.com are a few websites which might be useful to you. Entering "Camino de Santiago" on Google Earth will result in an outline of the Camino Franc?s from Roncesvalles to Santiago.

    Wink Re: Itinerary

I'm doing the camino from Ponferrada to Santiago this year leaving the last of Sept through the 14th of Oct. I found the guide "Camino de Santiago" by John Brierley, really helpful with loads of great info. Also check out www.caminoguide.net Both have most all the info you may need. I've gotten the most useful information from reading all the past posts on this forum. Seriously, from bus schedules to refugio websites. Keep reading, enjoy, and hope to see you on the camino! Jen
