Default Sarria to Santiago places to sleep

    Hello,

I fianlly decided to walk from Sarria to Santiago this summer from 16 of August at 6 or 7 days.

Could someone please inform me witch place not to miss on this route?

Looking at other sites I decided to sleep at the following places

    1) Sarria, 2)Portomarin, 3)Palace do Rei , 4) Melide 5) Arzua, 6) Rùa-O Pino 7) Santiago de Compostela

Could you suggest any hotels having some comments written?

I should imagine that Sarria to Santiago in mid August will be very busy this year, so start as early and finish as early in the day as you can, grab a bed where ever you can, and enjoy.

At Portomarin there is the large, fairly new albergue just over the bridge called Albergue Ferramenteiro which is nice. At Azura, stay at the Albergue Ultreia which is on the left hand side of the road as you walk in to Arura. It is a very nice albergue on the street with a bar and excellent plumbing!!
