Has anyone in Canada been able to purchase a sleeping bag liner or simple sheet treated with chemicals for bed bugs. I am quite concerned about it, and can't find anywhere to buy any kind of product. My research says Permethrin would be the best, but I am open to any suggestions. Thank you so much.

Yes PERMETHRIN is your best bet, I used it without problem on my hiking gear through Tick infested areas and never had a problem. Normally I get it at Walmart, but I don't know if you have that in Canada though.
