Default Descriptions of the refuges and their facilities

Is there a website which lists and describes the refuges along the way and their facilities? I am planning to do the Camino with a few friends from mid-May next year, by which time I presume they will all be open?.

    Hi Jenny ~
There are several sites that list refuges ("refugios" or "albergues" they're most commonly called). Camino Pilgrim Hostels - Camino Frances Albergues Yep, you can plan on most all of them being open mid-May of next year. I'll be beginning the camino on May 11 next year so perhaps I'll see you.
    Buen camino ~

Also, if you read Spanish here's a great site with reviews and info on albergues: Albergues | Gu .

Hi Tanya ~ Well, the eclipse is Nov 13-14, 2012, which gives me a year to recover from next May's Camino before heading Down Under. We'll have to check in with you when we get there. Cheers, mate!

    Hi Jenny,
There is a wonderful site Caminodesantiago.consumer.es. It gives all the routes, all the refugios albergues etc. with feedback on them. It is in spanish, but I have never found an English site with half as much info.
    Buen Camino
