Default Sarria to SdC - practical issues (travel late Sept)

All great comments that I have read to date on a number of topics.
Apart from the self-guided tours and mailing bags to SdC, is there any service, incl taxi (cost ?) to get luggage to the next destination each night ? We were going to follow the Macs adventures 5 day walk (without Mac - from Sarria, Portomarin, Palas de Rei, Arzua, Rua then SdC) and probably book a room each night to know where the bags are to go. Is there something reliable ? Any thoughts about the towns mentioned ? Has anyone taken an iPad to use ?(email & skype). Thanks greatly...an Aussie on tour

There are a number of bag transport companies that operate between Sarria and Santiago. You normally find their details on the notice board in the albergue, or from the hospitaliero or reception if staying in a hotel.

Your 5 day walk is the standard "last 100kms to Santiago for a Compostella" stage. Gets a bit like a conga dance on occasions!
