Default Questions from a first timer

    Hello,

I am a student currently doing an exchange at U of Barcelona and have 10 days at the end of my term in Spain. I am planning my trip on the camino de frances and was wondering if it would be possible to walk from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela in 8 days.

Also, is it a completely stupid idea to sleep outside in certain places?

    Thanks!

Covey just put it in a nutshell. If you do a little research on the Sarria to Santiago trip you'll find that it can comfortably be done in 8 days. However, if you wanted to sleep outside in certain places that would mean you'd need a tent, adding to the weight of your pack, which may make the walk less comfortable.
