Default Way back from Najera or Santo Domingo de la Calzada

My next stages along the Camino will be from St Jean de Pied de Port to either Najera or Santo Domingo de la Calzada, I will be flying in to Biaritz ,on to Bayonne and train to St Jean and walking to either of these destinations. What is the handiest way back from either of these towns ?
Has anyone travelled back from these towns ?
    Local buses ? Trains ?
Any info would be much appreciated

I've bused from Santo Domingo to Burgos to catch the train to Bilbao then a flight to Copenhagen. Another choice would be to bus from Najera or Santo Domingo to Logroņo and take the train either to Bilbao, Madrid, or Irun/Hendaye. Logroņo is the nearest large town (capital of La Rioja) and has a train station. Burgos is a larger town, though farther away, and has a small airport. Buses are possible to either. Buen camino.

    Thanks Sandy for the info
As I was browsing some of the older threads I found this site Persons' transporting mentioned a good few times, it sure helps out with the logistics of getting to and fro from A to B, it saves me trying to figure out bus timetables, as there will be a few of us the prices will be cheaper, we can even get to St Jean straight from Biaritz airport.
This site sure does have all the answers, its just a matter of browsing through it.

I found this place mentioned a lot on the site too welcome ..... guess i found where we'll be staying our first night before we tackle the Pyrenees .

Expess Bourricot is great! We used this great van service (run by its delightful owner Caroline) this May to get from Biarritz to SJPP since we arrived after the last train of the evening. If she also will bring you back from Najera or SDdlC that's an added plus!
