I have been looking for a hotel in Palas de Rei for May 12 2009 for one night but the ones I tried were full. Has anyone any recommendations?

Try the La Cabana,on their website today they are showing rooms available for the 12th May.The Camino passes by their entrance.
I doubt if you will have a problem getting accommodation in Palas at this time of year,Spanish May Bank holiday is over and many hotels are complaining of poor bookings due to (as the Spanish call it) The Crisis.You can even get rooms in some Paradors for ?60.00.
