I and my friends are arriving in Ponferrada by train at 4.30am and we are starting to walk right away (because we suppose at that time it won't be possible to get the passport in Ponferrada).
Will it be possible to get the passport in the next station, that is, Villafranca del Bierzo? If so, do you know where?
