I got the travel plans from Pau figured out... I just need to confirm how long it will take to go from St Jean Pied de Port to Pamplona... 3 days & 2 nights? or 4 days & 3 nights?

This page here lists all the hostels along the way and the km's beside them all. So starting in St Jean 780km to Pamplona 707km - it depends on how much you decide to walk each day.
Two nights would be fine. Roncesvalles, Esteribar - assuming you are fit enough just now.
