3 Weeks to Walk

Hello,
I am currently studying in Valencia and just decided to walk the Camino and I will have 3 weeks starting at the end of July to walk the Camino Frances. Is there a good starting point for a 3 week walk that is accessible by bus from Madrid and where I can get a credencial?

Also, I am a first-timer and have been pondering doing the Camino del Norte--is that a camino for people who are a little more experienced/know Spain a little better? I don't want to be "crowded" on the Frances and don't know what to expect.

Actually, check that, I am going to skip out on a week of school in Valencia and make the full trek (from Roncesvalles, can't afford the extra day needed for France). See you all out there.

Burgos is a good start point for 3 weeks. Don't worry about the amount of people on the Camino. You can be alone if you wish. I think there are 3 caminos. Camino spiritual, Camino of love and Camino social. Routes don't really matter. Walking is good on all of them. Camino always takes care of you.
