October-November Albergues open??
Hey,
Please help!
I'm looking to travel the Camino de santiago de Compostela at about the start/middle of October till end of November ish.
Does anyone know whether the Albergues are open all year round or whether they close as the season comes to an end?
Really want to walk but if nothings open and I have to take a tent and cooking equipment everywhere it's going to be a lot more difficult than anticipated.
Thanks for your help if you can!

Many albergues, small hotels and even cafe-bars close from October. Have a look at theis website which lists all the albergues with their opening months.

You probably won't be able to do much camping in October or November as there could be snow, especially in the high places, so you might need to stay in more hotels and inns.
Last year the snow came early - mid October - to many parts of Europe.
