Spain National Day-buses, trains and taxis??
Hello!
I'm leaving London tomorrow morning and planning to travel from Pau to Roncesvalles to begin my camino. I was wondering what will happen to all the transport ? Also what is the best way to get there?
Thanks so much!

As most of your travel is in France, there should'nt be a problem.
You can get a train from Pau to St Jean, it goes via Bayonne - costs 20.80 euro It will take between 3.5 and 4.5 hours depending on which train you take and the connection you get at Bayonne. Or you can get a bus to St Jean from Bayonne.

There is a bus timetable here: (Buses seem to leave at 7h25, 8h24, 12, 15h06 etc

Once in St Jean you can get a taxi across to Roncesvalles.
