Bed Bugs
Could anyone tell me about the bed bugs? how to take care from bites..
Where or which town did anyone exprienced with bed bugs. My walk start at May 7th from SJPP. Thanks.

Never had any. I had a mosquito spray with me and used it on my bed every night - don't know if that helped.

Sorry, it is too late for you, but anyone else might be interested.
I did the Camino last year in 24 days, which means I stayed in about 24 albergues. I had just one "bad bed"experience. It was in Sahagun, a private Albergue, looking very strangly good from outside. It was originally a big barn, and they formed an albergue from it. Which could have been very-very pleasent -- I was even given a free massage, which I really appreciated after so many days of walking.
But beeing awakened in the middle of the night, beeing biten all over.... The worst experience of the whole Camino.
Actually, I found the bug on my hand when I went to the bathroom. I could not go back to that bed, so I started walking by like 3:30.
I think once a place has bugs, you cant really do anything against them. But --fortunatelly-- most places don't.
I hope by now they do not have them, either.
