In France + Horses

Just had an e-mail from Leslie and although I read this forum regularly was reminded I haven't posted for a while. Update is that I arrived back from Canada last October + horses, dogs and cat and all safe and well living in Le Gers.
My goal is still to do the Camino on horseback both as a personal achievement for my horse, Moon, and myself but also symbolic as he is a Spanish Mustang so we will ride in homage to horses of the conquistadors.
When? Not this year. We need to train for this a bit! Thinking autumn 2011 maybe - cooler weather or the following spring.
Was fascinated to read other experiences of people who have taken the Camino by horseback.
