Default caceres to zamora in november.. credentials in caceres?

    hello
i just lost my job and booked an impulsive trip to do the via plata... i did the camino primtivo a few years ago and have been wanting to do this one for a while... fly to seville on sunday and get bus to caceres monday morning and then have 2 weeks to get to zamora or where ver and get bus to vallodalid to fly back to london...
does anyone know if the weather will be ok? obviously i will take winteresque gear and dont really mind if it rains alot, what happens happens but any advice is welcome and appreciated..... also very importantly can i get credentials in caceres???? i know you can get them in seville but want to rush off to caceres...

    thanks

You should be fine, weather-wise, if you like cool and rainy. The Via de la Plata gets dicey in the late fall/early winter (read "snowy) when it enters the mountains -- either through Sanabres or after it joins the Camino Frances. Average high and low temps in Zamora are at this site: Zamora, Spain - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia which shows it to be pretty cool and wet. Bring your GoreTex!
