Hope to do a short camino starting November 2nd to Ourense. This is the only time I have this year ot do one. Walked the Camino Frances and also did a short camino from Valenca do Minho in 2006, so was intersted in trying something totally different.

Should I be prepared for snow? Is any elevation between Ourense adn SDC high enough fro that concern at that time of year?

Also, is the frequency of marking out on that route similar to the French and Portuguese routes which were very well marked? Is there anything I should be aware of on that route. I know that some of the albergues were spaced fairly far apart, but would not hesitate to use private hostals or B&B's.
