Two weeks to cycle from Hendaye to Santiago - What to take

Intend to spend 2 weeks to cycling from Hendaye to Santiago late July -August

Any advice anyone on essential kit to take

I will be using a hybrid bike Claud Butler Explorer 100 and will have a set of panniers

Sun cream and plenty of it. And plenty of patience, you'll be travelling when the whole of France is on holiday.
