Distance - Camino de Santiago Forum

    Default Distance

    Potentially may be doing some of the Camino in Sept 2009 but a bigger project would be cycling from UK with some friends and acquaintances in 2010 with the aim of arriving on 25th of July.

    Is there any software or applications that would give an idea of the route and distances.

    Initial feeling is it will be close to 2000kms which would be a challenge and on French soil would start at Dieppe with a real following of the route from St Jean Pied de Porte.

    Choose your route from the Cofraternity of St James map here and use a Michelin guide for the distances between cities:

    Or, contact them directly and perhaps they have more helpful info regarding the older pilgrim routes from European points into Spain
