    Default Campervan Storage near Pamplona

    Hi,
We are two New Zealanders planning to cycle the Camino in early June. we will arrive in the Pamplona area in our campervan, and would like to know of a safe place to park the van for one month while we are on the Camino.

What do others do with their cars/vans while on the Camino?

Any ideas/ suggestions will be greatly appeciated.
    Suzie

Drive to Roncesvalles and leave it there. There is a large car park there and some pilgrims, me included, have left cars there while they walk the Camino. The last time I walked the Camino I was living in Austria at the time and I had just driven back to Scotland and thought I would just drive from Scotland to the Camino and find somewhere to leave my car - I thought I was mad. Apparently several pilgrims every month turn up at Roncesvalles thinking they are the first mad ones to have driven all that way.

The car park is not secure, but I risked it seeing that it is in the middle of the mountains. The car was fine and I had a great time.

Hi , thank you so much for your advice. We have been wondering where pilgrams who drive to the start of the Camino leave their cars.
    Thank you again,
    Suzie
