    Default July 7th Start

I like many am concerned about being able to find a place to sleep at night. I am a 61 yr old Cdn starting the Camino at Burgos and would like to have the flexibility of walking the pilgrimage adventure as it comes. If I arrive in a new place at 4 pm is there a chance that there will be no place to stay? I am willing to sleep on a floor with my sleeping bag and mat.

I would not leave it quite as late as 4pm this year. Any time between 2 - 3pm should be fine.

One of the minor advantages of being over 60 is that the albergues usually put us on the bottom bunk!! Makes life a little less energetic in the wee small hours of the morning.
