From time to time folks post messages on this Forum looking for contacts to walk the Camino with and include their email address in the post.

This is not a smart move because there are automated "bots" which trawl web sites and Forums looking for email addresses which are then added to lists and either sold on or made available to anyone on the net.

This Forum provides a Private Messages facility at the top of the screen where you can send a private message to any member. If you send a member your email address in a Private Message, then the address is not broadcast to the world.
