    Talking suggestions for 2 weeks

Hi I would like some suggestions for 2 weeks camino walking .mid Sept

I am having trouble deciding where I would like to walk .

I have done Camino Francis to death (maybe ) and last year I walked from Porto.

I was thinking of Camino Madrid this year but when I look at this video it looks a bit dusty and bereft of greenery .Camino de Madrid - Hiking trip - EveryTrail.

So Is that a true picture of Camino Madrid .?

and can anyone recommend a nice 2 week walk on any camino trail in Spain preferably It does not need to end in Santiago ..I like the lushness of Galicia , which also offers shade .

    cheers..Walk mag

    Hi WalkMag ~
Last year I did the Sanabres portion of the Via de la Plata and had a wonderful time. Much of the time is in verdant Galicia, so that may be just what you're looking for. There are some steep climbs, but many great views, many vast stretches of quiet scenery, and some quite excellent albergues in Galicia proper. I walked 250 kms in 10 days, but a person could easily start earlier to stretch it to two weeks. Here are my slides from the walk:

    Buen camino!

Year before last I took the Alsa coach from Santiago to Madrid which crosses the Camino path from Madrid. Parts of it resemble Death Valley in the USA with not a friendly bar in sight. The guide books say that there are long stretches with no habitation or water!!

The Camino Frances can seem like a tourist trail at times, but at least there are plenty of places to stop and rest if needed.
