Transportation from Santiago to Sarria

A friend and I will be flying into Santiago. We than want to find transportation directly to Sarria early the next morning. The only bus we've found goes from Lugo. Does anyone know of any other transportation from Santiago to Sarria?

There is a bus service which goes from Santiago to Lugo and some of the services go to Lugo via the Airport at Santiago. From Lugo bus station you catch a local bus to Sarria.

I did hear of a bus service which offered a very limited direct service from Santiago to Sarria, but I cannot find any details for this year on the web.

If you are staying in Santiago overnight, then you need to go to the bus station in the morning to catch the Lugo bus. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk from the Cathedral to the bus station. The Express bus to Lugo takes around 2 hours and the indirect service via the Airport takes some 2.5 hours cos it stops everywhere! Lugo to Sarria is around 40 minutes.
