Train from Toulouse to Bayonne and then the local Ter train from Bayonne to St Jean

There's a bus service from the airport which drops you at the train station. (TOULOUSE MATABIAU)

What have you got against SNCF? I know their website is only in French and if you click on the Union Jack it sends you to a more expensive website only intended for stupid foreigners, but the website works pretty well.
