Sending a parcel to somebody doing the Camino

I have a question regarding sending post to somebody doing the Camino.

My boyfriend needs me to send a parcel to Leon does anybody have any advice on how I do this? I have had a good search on the internet for a post office address but with no success.

Any help most appreciated
