Arriving tomorrow in Bayonne

Hello everyone! I am arriving by train tomorrow night (the 21st june) almost around midnight with the last train from paris.
I would prefer to get to SJPP in the evening, but since I missed the last train I think I have to stay overnight in Bayonne. Ive read that you can also get a taxi to SJPP? As I am travelling on my own, taxi for one person seems a bit expensive, unless any other pilgrims are arriving at the same time?

Anyone arriving tomorrow in bayonne? Or anyone know a good place to stay in bayonne? Cheap, and close to the station?

Im wishing for a really mindblowing trip, but I am so nervous.. Ha!
