    Hi AOS ~
Congrats on your upcoming Camino. Yes, the waymarkers are easy to follow -- you won't have a problem. As I walked this year I was surprised to stumble upon a trio of Irishmen who didn't know that they could follow the yellow arrows to their goal. If you follow the yellow arrows (or blue and yellow scallop markers or bronze scallop shells in the sidewalks) you'll be just fine.
    Buen camino!

Try not to follow the blue arrows as they mark the reverse Camino Frances route from Santiago to Pamplona!!!

We also start in sept 13th and will be nervous too but mostly excited, the forum here has given me such good advice and makes me look forward to the experience and confident we can do it, live each moment and enjoy the planning also.

Just make sure to look up occasionally, there was one time I nearly missed a marker to the right as I contemplated life :-]
    You will be ok .

Freedom13 is absolutely right about keeping your eyes open for the markers!! They range from very fancy painted metal signs to just a splodge of yellow paint on a rock, or a hand painted yellow arrow on the side of a building or on the road surface.

After a few days your brain gets used to focusing on anything yellow!! but can get a bit overloaded when the fields of sunflowers are in full bloom!!

And beware of the arrows that point both ways ! One of the best pictures Aaron took was of the left/right fleches in Pablacion. We took the right path to Villovieco rather than going up the road. Would highly recommend that path ... maybe you will run into Pepe !

I'm gonna figure out how to attach pictures ... yes I am ... uhh ... hmmm ... may need a little help from my Friends. Kate ? How did you get yours to post ?

lol, Can't get the ones I want up, Alan, cause for some reason the ones I took, which are in My Pictures folder, are all showing up as 2.5 MB and higher. Scratching the old noggin.
Go to your settings, scroll down to Miscellaneous and click on Attachments and you're good to go. :]
