From Reus to St. Jean Pied and from Pamplona to Biarritz (Camino Frances)

I need help. Do you know what sort of transportation I should take from Reus (Tarragona) to St. Jean de Pied. I only have two days to do it. Please let me know what is the best way to get there without risking it. I also have to take the plane to London From Biarritz on my way back.
I will be in Pamplona the 4th of November and My plane leaves Biarritz the 5th in the afternoon. Is that crazy or what? I have to make it so I have to be on time to do it. Please any advise would be great.

I am so excited. I plan to do the Camino Frances in Stages. I will walk for 7 days this time around in November.

You can get from Tarragona to Pamplona via train. Check out the Renfe train site. Then you can take a van from there to SJPP. Another alternative is the train to Irun/Hendaye, then to Bayonne, then to SJPP, but that's a fairly complicated set of connections.

You likely could use the same van service to get you from Pamplona to Biarritz on Nov 5th. You'll want to visit the Express Bourricot website and contact Caroline there.
