July weather?

Did anyone walked Camino Frances in July? Planning to walk the first three weeks of July from Leon to Santiogo originally starting from San Francisco. Is two weeks enough? Any feedback is appreciated.

Also, will there be a lot of pilgrims then? I am walking alone and just wondered if it's safe for a woman walking by herself.

Hi, I`m planning to walk at about the same time. I`ve now got a lot of great advice and information from this forum and feel confident that I will be safe and have a fabulous adventure. Hope to see you, Fey, along The Way.
My only question at the moment is about a bag transfer. I would like to send my bigger pack to Santiago from SJP. Hoping someone will know about this . In the meantime I will do some research, the info is probably already out there.
