Default Website created by me for Peterborough Pilgrims to Santiago

Hi, I've been busy with my new job, organising a youth pilgrimage for July 2012.

I work for Peterborough Pilgrims to Santiago, a fraternity of St. James which has been approved by the Arch Confraternity in Santiago de Compostela.

I've just created a website for them, and would like to put a link up on here for you guys to check out.

    http://www.pilgrims-to-santiago.com

It contains all the information on who we are and what we do... but it is still in progress, there is a lot of editing to be made and a new colour scheme/layout. But this will be good enough for now

Let me know what you think,

    Thank you

    Joe

The progress you are making is terrific, so far. I say this because I hope and pray that this type of initiative you are involved in will spread to other dioceses, Countries, CSJ's etc. I hope your pilgrimages are signed up for and the youths truly enjoy it. I would volunteer for such a project in Ireland to assist, and I think that Peterborough are right to get someone young and brave like yourself to be a leader. Ultreya. I will add you to my ever growing list of "prayers". I think the website foundation is very sound, I went through each choice and found what I expected to be there.
    Kind regards

what a lovely website. Thoughtfully laid out with enough info to tempt the curious.i'm in south london and would be honoured to travel with one of your credentials this summer. What tempted you to do a website for that area in particular...is it a diocesan initiative?the idea of a youth pilgrimage is inspiring...last time i was in santiago there were large groups of young people looking elated at being there...and singing loudly under the arches in front of the cathederal. many seemed to be scouts complete with shorts and woggles.
should you have any first time walkers leaving around the 1st august that will be my start date and i would be happy to meet them in sjpp...or along the way.(contact via this site)
good luck with your site tinkering and to all your walkers i offer them my prayers and best wishes

Well done Joe ! Are you thinking of adding some stories too ? I would really enjoy reading about the experiences your peregrinos may want to share.
