can I get my pilgrim passport in dublin?

Hi,
I heard that you may be able to get the pilgrim passport at James Gate in Dublin (is this the Guinness brewery?) and if so, was wondering how I go about it?
I am flying to Biarritz on June 10th and leaving from St Jean de Pied de Port on the 12th. I know I can get the passport in St Jean but as I am leaving from Ireland it was a thought. I appreciate I am not walking from Ireland to St Jean!
I would appreciate any information that may answer my query.

The passports are issued by the above website - there is a telephone number on it to contact them - they have an affiliation with the St James church on James Street. I have spoken to them and they can issue normally fairly quickly.
