Just thought i would post that i will be starting the walk from St Jean in the next cuple of days but the weather forcast does not look good. Is it still ok to start?

I just checked the weather on the El Pais website. See:

I don't actually see what the problem is. There might be a few thunder showers on Friday so you might need your raingear. Otherwise it looks like perfect walking weather, not too hot, a bit of cloud. Nothing to worry about.
