When is the "high" season..?

I am determined to walk the Camino this year. I am reading posts etc and keep hearing about the high season.. I can do it from mid March to the end of April.. Is that the high season??

The peak season on the Camino Frances is mid June through to mid September.

Some start in Feb/March and brave the snow and cold, most walk in the pear months and some walk in October to mid November.

Mid November through to April is not that easy because the weather can be highly variable, with a lot of snow and rain.

Spring is nice but can be very wet, summer is usually very hot with little rain, and autumn can be warm with a little or a lot of rain.

You pays your money and takes your choice!!

Humm.. Snow and cold,,, not so much for me.. I have the end of March and all of april.. or June.. I would rather go in April.. I don't really like crowds that much.. Food for thought.. If it is cold or wet you have to carry more stuff..Let spirit work it out i guess
