One week - Where to start?
I have only one week. Would it be doable to start in Leon, in the hope of reaching Santiago de C?

It is 311km from Leon to Santiago - a bit much for one week. Normally people walking one week who want to walk into Santiago start in Sarria - this is 112km from Santiago.
