Hi!
I need to be back in Dublin before Wednesday 26 August but between now and then I would like to walk some part of the Camino. I've been thinking of it for years, ever since I read in a historical manuscript about a local man receiving a licence to walk it in the 15th century. I had never heard of it until then so now that I finally have the time I'm going to do it on my own. I've been stuck in a library reading books for years so this will be a huge spiritual change for me.
There is an Aer Lingus flight from Dublin to Madrid this Saturday morning, 15 August, but I am not sure what route I could go on from there. Aer Lingus also fly to Bilbao, Barcelona and Santiago de Compestela, although the latter is now very expensive. My chief question as succinctly as possible is:
1. Given my flight and time restrictions, what route would you recommend for walking in order to arrive in Santiago two weeks later?
I'm a bit overweight so one of the easier walks would be best.
Thanks a million
