Default Leaving your car in Pamplona

We spent a week walking the camino in June this year and drove to Pamplona to start. Prior to leaving Australia I spent quite some time trying to find out where I could leave our hire car without a lot of luck.

In the end it all turned out OK as we stayed in a hotel in Cizur Mayor for a couple of nights before starting and they had an underground car park. Once they new we were walking the Camino they were very happy for us to leave the car there. I paid them 7 euro per day/night although they did not really want it.

The hotel was Hotel Casa Azcona - very nice place to stay. Had a great family room.

I get mails asking me where people can leave their car / motorbike quite often. It is great to see the above.

It also got me thinking - any city/ town that has an airport has long term parking that is normally quite secure. There is an airport in Pamplona, so that is also an option.

Good thinking Leslie. I have to say that did not occur to me but I would think you are right.

I should add to my post that the Hotel Casa Azcona car park is underground and totally secure.
