    Default train travel

We're going from Barcelona to Logrono to begin our pilgrimage. Problem is when I look for prices and schedules at renfe.com I get different information than when I go to renfe.es. The numbers of the trains are the same but not the names, The prices are about double at renfe.es. What's the deal. Should we buy on line,or do I correctly understand that for 5 euros you can buy a card that gives you 60 percent off? Also we are seniors and they don't seem to give a discount on line. Help! Barbara

Have a read of this site, it's usually pretty good for this kind of information

The train travel is good but make sure that you arrive at the station in lovely time and know the timetable and be prepared for changes since the train can be delayed without any notice.
