Santander to Burgo

Hello All,

We are travelling on the Plymouth to Santander ferry on Sun 5th August 2012 and would like to know if getting from Santander to Burgos is straight forward by bus or train. We will then spend 24 days on the Camino.

Shouldn't be a problem at all. There are multiple departures each day on the Alsa bus (www.alsa.es) and you can also access Burgos from Santander via Palencia on the train (Renfe). Note that sometimes schedules and almost always ticket purchases are not available until about 60 days prior to your trip. Buen camino!
