What to do? Via de la Plata or Camino Frances?

I'm in south-east Asia at the moment. I've been traveling around Asia for a year, and I've decided to do round of my trip doing the Camino de Santiago before I go back to Norway. Since this is the end of my trip I want to make the most of it and choosing between the Via de la Plata and Camino Frances is hard! By the looks of it they both seem pretty darn beautiful, but I'm leaning towards the Via de la Plata because it seems less crowded, but then again this could be because its less scenic. But is the Camino Frances really THAT crowded? Any advise will be appreciated!

When do you plan on going?

The major crowding centers around the month of August, for both Caminos

I'll be in France in early september. But I'm curious about how many people there are along the trail of the Camino Frances. Will you always be around other trekkers?
